Mná le Chéile 'Baby Buggy Blanket' project.
Since 2009 we have welcomed new babies to the island with the gift of a handmade quilt. One year we made over ten quilts! This one, shown by Bríd, is for Baby Cian, her grandson. :)

Feicim students learn to sew!

Mná le Chéile invited Irish language students from the Feicim course to learn handpiecing skills as Gaeilge! A few simple words, a few simple stitches, and they all went home with a lovely little piece to set their mug of tea on! :)
